With Super Bowl XLVIII set to be played at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, USAA—the NFL's official military appreciation sponsor—was determined to make an impact. To honor former and active duty service members, a once-in-a-lifetime branded experience was just what was needed.
To support the event, signage, autograph cards, stage backdrops, digital stills, and additional collateral were created for Super Bowl XLVIII. Additionally, a pregame "SitRep" event, held at the NFL House on Super Bowl Blvd, in which more than 100 service members and their guests from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ attended. Attendees were treated to be part of a guest audience for a televised interview with NFL celebrities as part of the festivities.
